Frequently Asked Questions
01. What is Past Life?
Past Life refers to any
moment preceding this current one. It is a continuous journey that includes:
•
Your adult years and childhood in this life.
•
The pari-natal period (your time in your
mother’s womb).
•
Your previous incarnations (former lives).
2. What is Past Life
Regression Therapy (PLR)?
Past Life Regression
Therapy is a guided therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to help you access
subconscious memories that may originate from past life experiences. These
memories often influence present-life emotions, fears, relationships, and
patterns. The goal is awareness, understanding, and emotional closure — not
entertainment or imagination.
3. Is Past Life Regression
safe?
Yes!! When conducted
ethically and gently and by expert and experienced therapist, Past Life
Regression is completely safe.
All sessions at
AtithSaangaam are:
•
Client-led
•
Gentle and non-forceful
•
Confidential and non-judgmental
•
You remain conscious, aware, and in control
through the session.
4. Will I lose control
during the session and forget what happened?
Not at all. You are in
a state of dual awareness and in control throughout the process. It is a state
of deep relaxation, similar to a meditative state, where you will be fully
aware of my voice and your surroundings. You will be speaking and interacting
with me. You can even stop, or come out of the session at any time.
You will remember the
experience just as you remember a vivid dream.
5. What if I don’t believe
in reincarnation? Can this still help me?
Belief in reincarnation
is not a requirement. Many clients find value in the process as a way to access
deep-seated subconscious symbols and images that help resolve current emotional
or psychological blocks.
They view their
experiences not as literal history, but as “waking dreams” generated
by the subconscious to help them heal. Whether you see these memories as
literal truth or symbolic stories, the emotional relief and the resolution of
the problem remain very real.
No religion or belief
is forced in any session.
6. Can Past Life Regression
change my karma?
No one can change
karma.
PLR helps you
understand, accept, and release karmic impressions that are no longer needed.
Awareness brings relief — karma unfolds according to divine law.
7. Can I get
“stuck” in a past life or in the womb?
It is impossible to get
stuck. This is a common myth. You are always anchored in the present moment.
You aren’t physically travelling—you are accessing a memory. It is no different
than remembering what you had for breakfast the previous day; you can “see”
the memory, but you are always sitting in the chair in the present moment. The
session is a guided exploration, and you can open your eyes and return to full
waking consciousness at any time.
8. How many sessions will I
need?
There is no fixed
number of sessions. Each soul’s journey is unique.
Some people gain
clarity, insight, or relief in a single session, while others may choose to
work through multiple sessions to explore deeper karmic patterns, long-standing
emotional blocks, or complex phobias. Sessions are always planned based on your
individual needs, readiness, and inner guidance.
Past Life Regression
and related therapies work at the subconscious level, where memories, beliefs,
and emotional impressions are stored—often accumulated over many years, and
sometimes across lifetimes. The conscious mind is not always ready to process or
release everything at once.
During a session, the
root memories connected to your present concern are gently accessed. Once these
memories are acknowledged and accepted, the healing and release process begins.
However, this release is gradual, not instant.
The subconscious
releases only what you are ready to handle at that moment. Deeper integration
continues naturally in the days and weeks following the session. Many clients
notice further insights, emotional shifts, or lightness as the process unfolds
over time.
This therapy is not
rushed. It honours your inner pace. Complete release may happen over days,
weeks, or sometimes a month—depending on your capacity to assimilate change.
Your subconscious knows the right timing and depth for your healing.
9. What issues can PLR help
with?
•
PLR may help with:
•
Unexplained fears or phobias
•
Emotional pain without clear cause
•
Relationship patterns
•
Repeating life blocks
•
Strong attractions or aversions
•
Financial issues
It is not a replacement
for medical or psychiatric treatment.
10. What is Inner Child
Healing?
Inner Child
Healing works with subconscious emotional wounds formed during childhood. It
helps heal feelings of neglect, fear, rejection, or hurt that still affect
adult life, relationships, and self-worth.
11. What is Womb Regression?
Womb Regression
focuses on experiences from conception to birth. Emotional imprints during
pregnancy — stress, fear, rejection, or trauma — can shape personality and
emotional responses later in life. This therapy gently brings awareness and
release to those early imprints.
12. Is this therapy a medical
or psychological treatment?
No. These therapies are
complementary and awareness-based.
They do not replace
medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are under medical
care, you should continue it alongside this work.
13. Are the sessions
confidential?
Yes.
All sessions are 100%
confidential, private, and conducted with strict ethical responsibility.
14. Can anyone undergo
regression therapy?
Most adults can,
provided they are emotionally stable and open to the process.
Regression may not be
suitable for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions unless approved by
a qualified mental health professional.
15. What is your role in the
healing process?
I am not the healer.
I am a facilitator and
guide.
Healing happens
through:
•
Divine grace
•
Soul readiness
•
Karma
•
Guidance of higher consciousness
I work with deep
gratitude towards God, masters, and spirit guides.
16. How are sessions
conducted?
Sessions are conducted
online via Google Meet in a safe, calm, and private setting. Detailed
guidelines are shared before the session to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
17. How do I book a session?
You can contact us
directly through the website or WhatsApp. Once the booking is confirmed, you
will receive session guidelines and preparation instructions.
18. What if I see something
disturbing?
The subconscious mind
acts as a protective gatekeeper; it rarely brings up memories you aren’t ready
to process. As your therapist, I use specific “reframing” and
“distancing” techniques to ensure you observe difficult memories
safely, allowing you to release the emotion without being overwhelmed by it.
19. Is this just my
imagination? Or how do I know I am not just imagining it?
It is very common to
feel like you are just making it up or imagining at first. However, there is a
big difference between thinking of a story and experiencing a regression:
• Surprise: In a session,
details and feelings pop into your mind suddenly. You aren’t
“choosing” what happens; you are observing it.
• Physical Feelings: You
might feel real emotions (like joy or sadness) or physical sensations that your
mind didn’t plan.
• Real Results: The best
proof is how you feel afterward. When a fear or a habit disappears after a
session, it shows that your subconscious found the “root
cause”—whether the mind thinks it was imagination or a real memory.
Don’t worry about
whether it’s “real” or “made up” while it’s happening. Just
relax and trust the process. The healing happens either way!
20. Will the session be
recorded? Will I receive the recording?
Yes, the session may be
recorded strictly for professional reference, safety, and quality purposes.
However, the recording will not be shared with the client under any
circumstances.
Past Life Regression is
a process of awareness, release, and closure. During the session, emotionally
sensitive material—such as deep memories, wounds, impressions, or subconscious
patterns—may surface. Repeatedly watching or replaying these experiences can
retrigger emotions, activate the analytical mind, and interfere with the
natural healing and release process.
The purpose of the
session is not to relive the experience again and again, but to allow it to
surface, be witnessed, accepted, and released. Revisiting recordings can
recreate emotional imprints rather than dissolve them, which may slow or block
healing.
What you experience
during the session is often only the beginning. Deeper integration and release
continue naturally in the days and weeks that follow. For this reason, you will
be guided on safe reflection and post-session practices that support healing—without
the need to revisit the recording.
The recording is kept
solely for professional safeguarding and documentation, and nothing is hidden
from the client. This approach is an intentional and essential part of the
therapeutic process, designed to protect your emotional well-being and support genuine
healing.
21. Will I feel good
immediately after the therapy?
Not necessarily.
Past Life Regression
and related therapies work at a deep subconscious level. While some people may
feel lighter or calmer immediately after a session, for many the real
transformation happens gradually.
The healing and release
process continues naturally in the days and weeks following the session, as the
subconscious integrates what has been accessed. Complete release may unfold
over days, weeks, or sometimes even a month—depending on your inner readiness
and capacity to assimilate change.
This is a gentle,
organic process. There is no rush. Your subconscious releases only what you are
prepared to receive, in its own time and rhythm.
Can
I continue my medication?
Yes. You should
continue taking all prescribed medications.
We are not medical
doctors and do not diagnose, prescribe, or advise changes to any medication.
Past Life Regression therapy are complementary practices and are not a
replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment.
If you are currently
under the care of a psychiatrist or being treated for serious mental health
conditions, written approval from your treating doctor may be required before
proceeding.
Your safety and
well-being are always the top priority.
23. How much gap should be
there between two sessions?
Ideally, a gap of 1 to
1.5 months is recommended between two sessions.
Past Life Regression
and related therapies work at a deep subconscious level. While some people may
feel lighter or calmer immediately after a session, for most, the deeper
healing and transformation unfold gradually.
The release and
integration process continues naturally in the days and weeks following the
session, as the subconscious mind processes and assimilates what has been
accessed. Complete release may take days, weeks, or sometimes up to a
month—depending on your inner readiness and capacity to absorb change.
This is a gentle and
organic process. There is no rush. Allowing sufficient time between sessions
supports deeper integration and lasting healing.
24. What is the time duration
of the therapy?
The complete therapy
session usually lasts 3 to 5 hours.
This includes the
entire process—from the initial intake and discussion, the regression or
therapy session itself, and the post-session discussion and guidance. Adequate
time is given at each stage to ensure the experience is safe, unrushed, and
deeply supportive of your healing process.
25. Is the session fixed by
time?
No. The session is not
strictly fixed by time.
While an average
session may last between 3 to 5 hours, the actual duration depends entirely on
the client’s process, readiness, and the depth of work required on that day.
Some sessions may conclude earlier, while others may naturally take longer.
The focus is always on
completion, safety, and proper closure, not on the clock. Each session is
allowed to unfold at its own pace, guided by the client’s subconscious and
inner readiness.
26. Is the fee based on the
duration of the session?
No. The fee is not
based on the duration of the session.
The fee is fixed per
session, not per hour. Every session is unique and unfolds according to the
client’s individual process, depth, and readiness. Some sessions may take less
time, while others may naturally take longer.
The fee covers the
entire therapeutic process—preparation, guidance, facilitation, safety,
closure, and post-session integration—not the number of hours spent.
27. What if I access Inner
Child memories instead of a Past Life? Will the session be considered
unsuccessful? Will there be a refund?
No. The session is not
unsuccessful, it is successful and there is no refund.
In regression therapy,
we do not consciously decide where the experience should go. The journey is
guided by your subconscious mind and higher guidance, which take you to the
exact timeline where the root cause of the issue exists.
Healing does not happen
only in a past life. In many cases, the root cause may lie in:
•
Inner Child experiences
•
Early childhood memories
•
The current lifetime
•
Or a previous life
The soul chooses the
route. Whether the session unfolds in a past life, inner child, womb, or
present-life memory, what emerges is always what is most relevant and ready to
be healed.
This is why the work is
also called as Spiritual Regression Therapy, not just Past Life Regression. The
intention is healing, awareness, release, and closure, not reaching a specific
timeline.
Wherever you land in
the session is exactly where you need to be for your healing to begin.
28. What defines a successful
or unsuccessful session?
A session is not judged
by whether you access a past life or not.
You are not coming only
for a past life experience. This work is Regression Therapy, and for the
subconscious mind, anything that has already happened is part of the past.
From the subconscious
perspective:
•
Your current life is also a past timeline
•
Your childhood is a past timeline
•
Your mother’s womb is a past timeline
•
A previous lifetime is also a past timeline
So, whenever the mind
moves backward in time, regression is taking place.
29. What is considered a
successful session?
•
A session is successful when the client:
•
Regresses into current-life memories where the
root cause exists
•
→ Inner Child Healing and reparenting done
(successful session)
•
Regresses into the mother’s womb
•
→ Womb Regression (successful session)
•
Regresses into a previous life
•
→ Past Life Regression (successful session)
•
In all these cases, the goal is the same:
•
to access the root cause, bring awareness, allow
acceptance, and begin the release process.
30. What is
considered an unsuccessful session?
A session may be considered
unsuccessful only if:
•
The client is unable to access any memories
•
There is no regression into any timeline
•
The client remains completely in the analytical,
conscious mind throughout the session
•
In such cases, regression does not occur.
•
Under what conditions is a refund provided?
•
A refund is applicable only if the session is
unsuccessful.
•
An unsuccessful session is defined as one in
which:
•
The client is unable to regress into any
timeline (current life, childhood, womb, or previous life), and
•
No memories, impressions, or experiential
awareness are accessed during the session.
If
regression does not occur despite proper preparation and sincere participation,
the session will be considered unsuccessful and the full session fee will be
refunded.
In
all other cases—where regression occurs in any form—the session is considered
successful, and no refund will apply.
32. In what situations might
regression not be possible?
Regression therapy
requires willing participation, honesty, emotional readiness, and consent. A
session may not be successful, or may not proceed, under the following
circumstances:
•
Lack of consent or cooperation
•
If the client is unwilling to follow guidance,
does not give full consent, or resists the process consciously, regression may
not occur.
•
Strong disbelief or constant resistance
•
If the client enters the session with a rigid
mindset, excessive scepticism, or a need to intellectually challenge or control
the experience, the subconscious may not open.
•
Dishonesty or withholding information
•
Hiding important details, providing false
information, or not being truthful about one’s condition can interfere with the
process and lead to an unsuccessful session.
•
Severe current-life trauma
•
If the client is experiencing intense,
unresolved trauma in the present life, the subconscious may protect itself and
prevent regression until sufficient stability is achieved.
•
Severe depression or psychotic conditions
•
Clients with deep clinical depression,
psychosis, schizophrenia, or similar conditions are not suitable for regression
therapy unless written clearance is provided by a qualified psychiatrist.
•
Failure to follow preparation or session
instructions
•
Not following pre-session or during-session
guidelines can disrupt the process and prevent regression.
•
Paranormal disturbances or external energetic
interference
•
In cases involving severe energetic
disturbances, spirit attachment, or alleged black-magic influence, regression
therapy may not be appropriate or effective until those issues are addressed
separately.
•
Regression happens only when the subconscious
feels safe and ready. If the conditions are not right, the mind may naturally
block the process as a form of self-protection.
33. How many issues can be
addressed in one session?
Only one primary issue is taken up in a single session.
While you may experience clarity or relief around multiple concerns, we
always begin with one clearly defined issue. Often, several challenges may
share a common root cause, and when that root is accessed and released, other
related issues may naturally shift as well.
However, this connection is revealed only during the session and cannot
be predicted in advance. For this reason, each session focuses on one issue at
a time, allowing the subconscious to work safely, deeply, and effectively.
Additional issues, if needed, can be explored in future sessions based
on readiness and integration.
34. Can a session be booked
for someone else?
No. Past Life Regression and related therapies are strictly
consent-based.
The session can only be booked by the client themselves. We must speak
directly with the client before confirming any session, as continuous,
conscious consent is required throughout the process.
Regression therapy works only when the individual is willing, aware,
and personally committed to the journey. Sessions cannot be conducted on behalf
of someone else, even with good intentions.
35. Can it be an emotional
journey for me?
Yes, absolutely. Past Life Regression can bring up a range of emotions
— you may cry, shout, feel joy, sadness, or even anger. This is completely
normal and a natural part of the healing process.
Emotions that arise during the session are necessary for release and
closure. You may witness events from your past or inner life that trigger these
feelings, and expressing them safely helps your mind and soul process and let
go of old patterns.
Rest assured, the session is safe, supportive, and fully guided, and
every emotion you experience is a valuable part of your healing journey.
36. Will my past life
memories impact my current life?
No, not in a harmful way. Past Life Regression only affects your
current life if the session is not handled properly — for example, if the
therapist is untrained or doesn’t know how to safely release and close
emotions.
In my process at AtithSaangaam, every memory, emotion, and experience
that arises is handled and released within the session itself. All portals or
connections that could carry unresolved energy into your present life are
safely closed.
The result is only positive: after the session, you may feel lighter,
freer, and more at peace. Experiencing emotions during the session is normal,
and this safe release is the intended and expected outcome.
37. Can I contact you after
the session?
Yes. Post-session communication is allowed only through email.
This helps maintain healthy boundaries, allows thoughtful responses,
and supports your integration process in a structured and grounded way. If you
have reflections, observations, or questions after the session, you may share
them via email
Final Understanding
Healing is not limited to a past life.
The subconscious takes you exactly where healing is needed most.
The timeline does not matter — the release does.
