Nature of Services
- AtithSaangaam offers services including Past Life Regression (PLR), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Healing, Womb Regression, Age Regression, Guided Meditation, and related spiritual and therapeutic modalities.
- These services are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, emotional exploration, and spiritual exploration.
Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential.
Information may be disclosed in the following circumstances:
- With your consent.
- When required by law.
- When there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
- In cases involving child abuse or neglect, where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
- When reasonably necessary to protect the legal rights and interests of AtithSaangaam or the practitioner.
Disclaimer
Past Life Regression, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Healing, and Womb Regression are complementary practices and are not substitutes for medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, counselling, or prescribed medication. Anil Kumar is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose, prescribe, or discontinue medication. If you are receiving medical or psychiatric treatment, please continue it exactly as advised by your healthcare professional.
Participant Responsibility
Participation in any session is voluntary. You understand that:
- Every individual experiences regression differently.
- Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
- You are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions before, during, and after the session.
No Guarantee of Results
Each person’s journey is unique. No guarantee is made regarding healing, insights, emotional changes, spiritual experiences, or any specific outcome.
Online Sessions & Recordings
- Online sessions may be conducted through Google Meet, Zoom, or other appropriate platforms.
- Sessions may be recorded for professional documentation, safety, and quality purposes.
- Recordings are kept confidential and will not normally be shared with clients, as repeated viewing of regression material may interfere with the therapeutic process and emotional integration.
- Educational & Promotional Use
- AtithSaangaam may use anonymized case studies, testimonials, feedback, session experiences, audio/video clips, or photographs for educational, training, awareness, or promotional purposes.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to remove or conceal identifying information. Personally identifiable information will not be used for promotional purposes without separate consent.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in any session, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that AtithSaangaam and Anil Kumar shall not be held liable for claims, losses, or consequences arising from your participation, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
