- AtithSaangaam reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Nature of Services
- AtithSaangaam offers services including Past Life Regression (PLR), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Healing, Womb Regression, Age Regression, Guided Meditation, and related spiritual and therapeutic modalities.
- These services are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual exploration.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential.
Information may only be disclosed:
- With your written consent.
- When required by law.
- If there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
- In cases involving child abuse or neglect.
- To protect the practitioner against false, defamatory, or misleading public allegations.
Disclaimer
- Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy, and related therapies are complementary and supportive practices. They are not substitutes for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
- Anil Kumar is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, lawyer, or financial advisor.
- If you are under medical or psychiatric care, continue all prescribed treatments and medications exactly as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not stop or alter medication based on any session experience.
Participant Responsibility
Participation in any session is voluntary.
You understand that:
- Every individual experience regression differently.
- Results vary person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
- You are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions before, during, and after the session.
No Guarantee of Results
- Each person’s journey is unique. No guarantees are made regarding healing, insights, emotional changes, spiritual experiences, or specific outcomes.
Online Sessions & Recordings
- Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet / Zoom or other approved platforms.
- Sessions may be recorded for professional documentation, safety, and quality purposes.
- Recordings remain confidential and will not be shared with clients as repeated viewing of regression material may interfere with the therapeutic process and emotional integration.
Educational & Promotional Use
- AtithSaangaam may use anonymized case studies, testimonials, feedback, session experiences, audio/video clips, or photographs for educational, training, awareness, or social media promotional purposes.
- Reasonable efforts will always be made to remove or conceal identifying information. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed without separate written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- By participating in any session, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and agree to hold harmless AtithSaangaam and Anil Kumar from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
